For TIG (GTAW) welding applications. Serves to generate an electric arc to supply heat and melt the base metal. The electrode itself is non-consumable, providing a narrow, focused arc with high penetration depth. Suitable for medium to high amperage applications, as well as both autogenous welding (fusion welding without filler wire) and filler metal wire applications.
